Some real estate agents will tell you inflated prices just to make you feel good. They expect you will list with whoever will give you the highest estimate for your property. Remember though, it is not the Realtor who will determine the value of your property, it is the market. Therefore you have to probe anybody’s price assumption and should ask for a CMA to support the price analysis. I will show you what I think the market will pay for your property.
I will give you a state of the market analysis and a strength and weakness report on your property. If you want to sell your property listen and analyze, do not just go for the highest price just to drop the price over time to lower levels than if you had started with a realistic price. |
