As a seller, what do I need to bring to the closing?

As the seller you will have already delivered everything needed to close. The title company might as you for wiring instructions if you would like the sales proceeds wired to your bank account. Otherwise you will receive a check which you will need to deposit. Wire transfers are a much safer and more convenient way of transferring your moneys.
Please make sure you hand the keys to your realtor so they can be delivered or handed to the buyer. Make sure that all garage door openers, appliance manuals, building plans, architectural drawings and other items that belong to the house have been left at the property.
