Another Big Year for "Down-Valley"

With 2006 being a major year for interval sales it seems the market has come to a halt. Volumes are way down. Maybe people have realized that it is the developer that is making the market when selling a fractionalised property.

With the general real estate market in the Aspen area proving to be very resilient it is the fractional side of things that is taking a beating. The fact that no new large fractional projects have hit the market might be responsible for a portion of the sales down-turn.
