Commissions are negotiable why are you not matching other commission rates?

There is a wide spectrum of commission. It starts with the FSBO (For Sale by Owner) with no commission due to low commission brokerages all the way to full service brokerages with a more traditional commission structure. It is a fact that most FSBO eventually end up selling their property through a real estate company. Purely because it is hard to sell and negotiate, advertise and market your own property.
There is a whole range of new brokerages that “specialize” in low commission deal. Sellers usually do the open houses and the broker sticks a sign in the yard. An then there is the brokerage firm that has national reach, advertises in magazines with high net-worth audiences have websites with a global reach, spend time, effort and money to sell your property and need to be compensated accordingly.
Don’t forget you only pay a commission when you sell your property. You will only sell your property if you are happy with the negotiated price. If I help you get to that point will you be OK with paying me a commission that is commensurate to my efforts? All my clients are, and all my future clients will be.
