Do I need an attorney when I buy a house?
You don’t need to. There is no obligation to use legal support. Sometimes it is advisable to seek the help of an experienced property attorney when it comes to large deals or complicated structures. Be aware that you are signing important legal document with far reaching consequences. If you are unclear about what you are signing have the contract reviewed by an attorney of your choice. I can suggest some excellent resources here in Aspen. Give me a call.
