Do sellers have to disclose the terms of other offers?
They can if they want to but they do not have to disclose the terms of other offers. Sometimes it is helpful to increase competition to “leak” certain information.

By talking to the listing agent I will be able to get a feeling for the situation.  When it comes to a bidding situation more information is better. But sometimes it is not what the other offers are but what the seller wants.
It is not always just about money. Is there anything our offer can include that is of interest to the seller? Can we accommodate the seller in any way to make our offer look more favorably? Sometimes it is these relatively minor things that can clinch a deal.
