The market will tell us the average time on market for comparable properties. If we optimize all the above criteria we should beat the average time it takes to sell a similar home. This is our best guess of how long it will take. Don’t be surprised if you receive and offer the first week. This is a good thing and means that we have inspired and convinced the market that this real estate offer represents a good deal and that they better act now or loose out on the property. Currently Aspen real estate is selling extremely fast in the light of historical time on market. It is not unusual for Aspen or Snowmass properties to go under contract in the first month with several offers competing for the same property.
