I use specialized photographic equipment to create digital panoramas. These panoramas can be linked with hot-spots (links) that allow the viewer to navigate between individual panoramas. This creates the impression of a walk through. A panorama is created for every room in the house as well as the outside space. This gives the interested viewer an immersive experience of the property at hand. Making high resolution digital photos has become a common theme and is technologically unchallenging. The delivery of high-resolution files through the internet is the bottle neck. 6. Promotion DVDs
The film footage of your property is used to create DVDs. These are subsequently sent out to interested parties for pre-viewing the property. This is an effective way of further refining the number of people that actually have a real-life personal tour of your home or land. Clients that have sampled property through DVD pre-views and go out on real-life tours are more likely to submit an offer.
