Thruth in Lending Act This is a federal law obligating a lender to give fuII written disclosure of aII fees, terms, and conditions associated with the loan. It is part of the Consumer Credit Protection Act, a federal law that requires lenders to provide full written disclosures of credit terms and conditions, the finance charge, the annual percentage rate, and others charges incurred in a loan contract.
