Will my pets interfere with the selling process?

Not everybody has pets. Even though your pets are part of your family they will not necessarily help in the selling process. First you have to make sure that your home is clean and odor free. The second thing to remember is that while other agents are showing your home you and your pet should not be present. If your pet is a house cat and you don’t let her outside it is not advisable to put the responsibility of keeping the cat in the house onto the agent showing your home. If you have a dog take him with you when you leave the home to make room for the showing agent.
If you follow these tips you will be able to enjoy your pets and not have them interfere with your desire to sell your Aspen real estate. |
